Today, it is easy to read different kinds of blogs or online articles that introduce solid perfumes, some articles even teach you how to make your solid perfumes to keep the liquid perfumes that you like solid so you can carry them with you wherever you want. Honestly, I think solid perfume is a good method to keep the scent. Also, it can help you to keep your skin moisturizing, soft, and with a very gentle fragrance to stay on your skin and you won't need to worry about it bothering other people too. Some famous fragrance companies like Jo Malon and Diptyque have launched their solid perfumes which are based on some well-known fragrances that they produced before. In addition, the solid perfume is not the kind of fragrance that was first launched after the 2000s. During ancient Europe, the Europeans kept scents in solid chunks to keep them with people to prevent diseases, because they thought the reason why people got sick was the bad smell getting inside human bodies.

Personally, the first type of perfumes that I used to get in touch with when I was in high school was the solid ones. Of course, I was just a poor high school girl so I could not afford the costly good ones like Jo Malon and so on. I can only purchase some dirt cheap and low-qualified ones that are made in small factories. But this was the first time that I have ever been interested in fragrances officially, which has been the fundamental interest of I was eager to the real perfumes made by well-known corporations.

Let's talk back to the solid perfumes. Although like I mentioned before they are easy to carry with you and you don't need to worry about they need to be put into your suitcases when you need to take the plane or something like that, and they can keep your skin smelling good and moisturizing your skin that you applied on too. But there are some things that you need to pay attention to when you are wearing solid perfumes too: such as they are a kind of cream but not perfumes that are made of alcohol, so you need to be careful that they may contaminate your clothes that you put on. Also, they can be sticky when you put them too much on your skin and that is not a cheerful feeling too. And if you want to put solid perfumes on your wrist, you also need to be careful about the watches or the bracelets that you are going to wear in the same area.

In conclusion, my opinion about solid perfumes is: if you are worried about carrying the liquid on planes or someplace like that, or you like those kinds of very light and gentle fragrances that won't bother others, then choosing solid perfumes can be a good idea.
