Which type of perfume that I prefer more? Spray or splash bottle?
Nowadays, most perfumes use spray bottles, but for some people who like vintage perfumes, it is quite normal to purchase splash bottle perfumes.

When we are choosing the perfumes on the shelves at stores today, mostly we can choose spray bottle perfumes. Even rollerball perfumes are gradually becoming less than a few years ago due to many companies thought the rollerball perfumes would touch the human skin directly and contaminant the perfume inside the bottle. There are plenty of travel-size perfumes that are 10 or 7 ml volume using spray bottles too. But if we go back to the 1980s or even earlier periods, the splash bottle perfumes were easy to find at stores.
During the old times, splash bottle perfumes (which did not have a spray to get the perfumes out of the bottles) were refillable, and the price was usually cheaper than those spray bottle perfumes too. According to some old advertisements, some women even put this kind of perfume on their faces. Although I still don't know why they wanted to do that, maybe because they wanted themselves to smell better, or maybe those perfumes had some special ingredients to make their skin better. I have splash bottle perfumes too but I will never wear them on my face just leave a bit on my wrists and neck. I think the splash bottle perfumes are kind of better than spray bottles. One of the reasons is because I enjoy this vintage style, which makes me feel I am back to those old times that I can never experience in person. Another reason is that splash bottles seem safer than spray bottles. Especially when you go on the plane, you won't need to worry about maybe they will spray out by themselves. Sorry about this part coz, my physics is not quite well.
